I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience. It’s sad because I know how hard the owner works for the place and she’s absolutely lovely and the salon itself is beautiful.nnUnfortunately the staff member I had would constantly stop her work to get up and talk to one of the other younger girls about clubbing and how tired she was. I’m all for hiring young staff members but not if they can’t show maturity during their working hours. My staff member was also constantly sniffing her blocked nose and her breath smelt so bad from the amount of coffee she kept stopping to drink, it was making me feel sick. I left the salon with the biggest headache from her leaning her body weight into my head for the whole session, given she was a slightly larger girl it really hurt. She would forget which eye she should be holding the fan onto and quite often it was the wrong one, not that she held the fan she just placed it over my closed eye and left it there. I also ended up with glue and tape in my hair by the end of it due to her negligence. After all that, my lashes are probably the most average I’ve ever had them.nnI do believe in second chances, bad days, etc so I’m not naming names and am posting this on an account that isn’t my name. I will give it a second chance, just with a hopefully more grown staff member.

These ladies were so lovely! After getting my lashes done at a different salon, I had a shocking allergic reaction and needed them taken off professionally. The technicians at GC Lash Extensions found me an appointment straight away and spent over an hour with me to make sure the removal went smoothly and my eyes were protected. Highly recommend! I got the classic junior lashes a few weeks ago and they are still looking lovely. The technician did an amazing job, and the value for money is outstanding.
