Zhooj Hair Design

I went to Zhooj today and OMG it was the best! First of all, Danni who did my hair was the kindest and so sweet! There was never an awkward moment and she knew exactly what i wanted and went above and beyond! Second of all, the pricing is fabulous! usually people pay upwards of $250 but the total came to $185 which is always a bonus! Third of all, it was so clean in the store and all the products they used were professional! definitely give zhooj a go!

Great staff. They use Muk products and straighteners. Went in for a style was exactly same as pic these ladies know there stuffnI go every fortnight at least love it.

My Mum went in and got highlights done.nnShe called me in tears.nHer hair is falling out.nI get my hair foiled by another salon and they check me every 10 or so minutes to see how my hair is being processed.nnThis hair dresser put on a timer and never check my mum once..even after she asked the other hair dresser in the room to see if it had been on too long. My mums hair dresser was out the back no where to be seen.nnThis should not have happened. Yes it is only hair but this is also somes confidence that has been destroyed and her as someone who is not a hair dresser knew it needed to be checked more often. Just not good enough.nnI spoke to the hair dresser too. Absolutely clueless ud83eudd26‍♀ufe0fnnI also don't think leaving someone's hair to burn is in the spirit of hair dressing.. she also had to demand a refund..not offered one

The girl doing my hair left me for so long with bleach in my hair without checking my hair ONCE, I was beginning to have anxiety. EVENTUALLY she returned and washed it out. I asked her to just dry my fringe so I could leave as I'd been stuck there for hours . I noticed a lot of broken hair in my lap. When I got home I washed my hair because it felt like there was still product in my hair. The last time she did my hair, she actually did leave a lot of crusty bleach on my neck and in the back of my hair. It felt like straw even when I put tons of conditioner in. When I brushed my hair, great clumps of hair kept coming out. I could have made a wig with it! Horrified. I went back and was shaking I was so upset. She offered me a treatment, but I said that's not going to bring my hair back, and demanded a refund. No apology was forthcoming. Awful! I've never had this happen to me before after 45 years of having highlights at various hairdresser's over the years! Terrible! ud83dude2d
