Very very bad haircut and customer service. No respect for customers. I asked for a middle length hair cut but she cut it very short, not what I asked for at all. Also tried to get more money by making me wash my hair and paying more. Very unprofessional, complaining about my hair to other customers. I will never go back again. I now have to cover up my horrible hair with a big headband. Definitely do not recommend this hairdresser - Michelle? (She’s the older lady who said she is from Indonesia)

Avoid by all means. Fake friendliness. The lady managed to completely mess up long ( half down my back) straight hair that I just wanted trimmed. I could have done better at home!ncut is short to the neck, uneven with long stings of hair coming out everywhere. Can't do anything with it. Even a basic pony tail leaves hair falling out everywhere and ends are so sharp that they are scratching my neck.nI look like my hair was cut in a concentration camp. Been crying all day .nAVOID. AVOID. AVOID.nthey should be closed down.nAND they gave my husband a cube on his head. He looks like Johnny Bravo.
