Grace Removals Group

I removed and stored for a year with Grace and my artwork went missing upon arrival at my destination. It was A0 size and hard to 'misplace' it was signed and very valuable. they refused to honour the insurance as I had no receipt as it was a gift from the artist I could not produce one. The worst service I have ever experienced.

This is the 2nd time I have used Grace and I would give them 5 stars both times. The packers arrived on time to pack, were quick and efficient friendly and very helpful.nthe trucks arrived on time - 1 truck to go to the unit and the other two for storage, Once again the team went above and beyond with care for my furniture and belongings.nonce again thank you Grace Team

Absolutely amazing. From the time they came out to quote us until we received our delivery Grace couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating.nWe had some issues around getting into our house in Launceston and Sam in your Hobart office has been absolutely spectacular. Sam mad a fairly stressful time a complete breeze with her understanding and assistance.

We booked grace removalist for our move from Sydney to Brisbane. We didn't negotiate on the rate they provided. Their pick up was on time and things went well, but on the drop off, first they said they'll arrive between 9-11, so we waited, till 11 no communication on when they'll reach, so my husband called the office and the guy said he'll check and get back and got back saying it'll be there by 1, so we waited again, till 1 no comms, we had just moved and had nothing at home to eat, so we called the guy again to just let us know approx time so we can go out to have our lunch, and he got back @2 saying they'll reach by 3, then they finally reached at 3, unloaded all the stuff, we didn't have anything missing, butn1. 2 of our tables were chipped.n2. When we made the booking they said they will assemble everything that they disassemble, which was our bed and dresser. The guys after unloading everything says he hasn't seen that bed before so he can't assemble it, and asked us to call the office again. Then they agreed to send a specialist to assemble the bed.n3. Our washing machine stopped working because the door doesn't close properly They say they take great care of everything, but they didn't bother to attach the transit bolts while moving which caused the damage.nMy husband called their call centre to report these problems, and the lovely person at the other end didn't bother to listen to what our problems were, she simply asked if we had taken insurance, if there is no insurance then they won't cover any damage charges. Then when he finally got a chance to say that it was written on their quote about the assembling part she agreed to find a contractor and send it, which took almost a week to get it fixed!nSo their logic is, we'll just move the stuff, we don't care about the care for the items if you don't have the insurance!!nI recommend never ever go with grace removalists.

Grace were awsome. Loved the mackay boys. Very professional. Great office staff. Good experience. Will definately use them again
