Wonderful service, could not fault them in any way. Graeme in the office was very helpful and provided tips about packing. Mark and Glenn the removalists were professional, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this business.
What great service we received Damon , Cesar outstanding polite helpful well mannered nothing was to much trouble for these guys We where very impressed with the removal of furniture to the delivery highly recommend.
Worst experience with very poor customer service, and they don’t respond to emails or phone calls. We repeatedly tried to confirm our moving date and then the agent disappeared for a week with no notice to us or alternative contact. When she finally reappeared late on a Friday afternoon it was to invoice us (which we paid immediately) with no apology or mention of confirming our moving date. She then didn’t come back to us until the following week when our moving date was no longer available! We then had to pay to extend our temporary accommodation for another week with no apology. You can’t even complain because the manager didn’t bother responding to our complaint. When they finally gave us a delivery date a week late they told us they would deliver between noon and 2pm! Completely ridiculous, we had already taken off work to move into our house and we have to pick up our kids at 3pm. Worst experience ever, we will never use this company again.
Really impressed with the Allied team's professionalism and level of care in moving our home. Would definitely recommend them!
These guys were very very helpful, on time, looked after our personal items with a lot of care! They were all very friendly and just a generally good experience. Graeme and his team were fantastic. Thank you again.
