I could not recommend Faulkner Removals/Chess Moving any higher! From my initial quote, to the delivery of our furniture every person we dealt with was efficient, friendly, professional and nothing was too much effort. Their prices were very reasonable and the removal team were early on both ends of collection and drop off! Thank you for making our move so seamless!

Worst removal experience I've had. My belongings arrived 5 days late. Everytime I rang to inquire about a delivery time, the manager, spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner. When the truck arrived, they would not unload it until I paid an extra 300 in cash. They said it was because it was a bigger load than quoted. The exact list had been sent pre removal and a price agreed on and paid.

I don’t write reviews unless I am exceptionally pleased or bitterly disappointed. In this case it’s the former. I had my gear in storage for over a year and when I got these guys to deliver it to my new house I was expecting a few items to be broken.nAs it turns out everything was perfect. Additionally, the guys (I can’t remember their names but a pair of Kiwi lads) were exceptional in their service and skill. They got some very heavy items into place with a positive attitude and treated my things with great care.nOn the downside they were late a few hours - this didn’t matter to me and they kept up communication throughout the day and explained the reason (which seemed reasonable), and they made up for it with the service.nOverall, would use again without hesitation- highly recommended.

worst experience ever ... lost my furniture for a week and when it did turn up after many frustrating phone calls it was dirty... brand new beds filthy .. broken stuff... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AND DON'T USE MUVAL they couldn't care less once they have your money....worst move I ever had...never again, probably broken as they had no trolly for the boxes.

My move was done over 2 households, 10 months apart. Due to building holdups, we also needed storage for a short period. Faulkner Removals made everything go smoothly, and the men demonstrated good team work with uplift and delivery. We were very happy.
