*Update*nI spoke with the manager and she gave me some tips on how to help heal the skin. Very lovely on the phone and has rectified the issue :)nnUsually I don’t have any issues at this store and have been numerous times with zero problems. Unfortunately this time my skin has been ripped off on both arms and it is rather painful. Not sure how I’m going to hide this for an event I’m attending!

Can't say enough on how good the service is at Wax'd. Very skilled professional personnel who are friendly and provide good advice on products. Definitely the best results by far compared to other service providers. I will be definitely using Wax'd going forward for all waxing requirements.
