Best lunch bar in Perth. Run by Kim and his wife, fresh homemade food at the right price. Easy parking, open early 6 days per week, highly recommended.

Tried the Hamburger 'the lot' and the $7 BBQ Pork Banh Mi and they are both delicious and great value. Will be coming here again soon, and I hope they introduce a loyalty card system! e.g. a free coffee after 10 food items bought... (a student can only dream)

What a gem! My partner had the BLT for 7 dollars which was good. I had the spinach and ricotta burger and that was heaven! 6 dollars for something so good. Will def be coming back here.
