Oxford Hotel

Simply awesome! Booked my engagement party here in the Bar end beer garden. Had the private bar opened up and the team at the oxford was super attentive, pleasant to deal with and just provided good customer service. Dealt with the functions manager who answered all my queries and got everything sorted so that on the night of it went off without a hitch! Great food too and we really appreciated the timing and the roving service. They printed nice drinks menus too which was awesome, and kept me informed on the status of our tab. If you're going to have a function, definitely look at the Oxford. Easy to get parking, lovely food, no hire fee (a deposit is paid but you get that back in food/booze) and a good team! Was also here a few weeks ago after wedding dress shopping and found the food and service in the main area to be awesome too!

Fantastic food and customer service. They were happy to accommodate my Coeliac disease, ensuring no gluten cross-contamination. They changed my gluten free meal to also be dairy free, even though that dish on the menu isn't marked dairy free. They baked my chips separately in the oven, because the fryer oil has gluten cross-contamination - no other restaurant has offered me that accommodation before.

Lovely place for a drink, beautiful old pub done up tastefully. Food pretty good too. Coffee average, good wine list. I'd go back! Great for watching sport - lots of screens :)

This is a great pub with a great atmosphere. They show rugby union when it is on. The staff are great and the dining area to the south side is a good family area.
