I came into the branch and spoke to the manager, a young female. She was absolutely brilliant. True asset to Commbank.

Dodgy staff and possibly the worst bank in Brisbane. They coaxed me into combining my credit card and personal loan onto one loan promising low interest rates, it ended up being 17 percent interest, nearly ruined me and my family. When questioned they got security to walk me out. I got my lawyers and the rest is history and still paying for their mistake!

Walked in and saw six people in a queue. One teller operating. Meanwhile two employees stand at the door like stale bottles of piss smiling at people as they walk in and achieving precisely zero. Turned around and walked straight out again. They only get one star because it won't let me give none.

Low efficiency. Only three people in line but take forever to wait. The operator invited the lady behind me to help her, which is ridiculous. And I was told by the counter saying I need to go to find the operator at the end! Another round of waiting!

Good bank, but it needs to get out of fossil fuels. The money isn't there any more. Coal power costs $170 per megawatt per hour. Renewable power costs $80 per megawatt per hour. Put your funds into renewables, Commbank.
