Lone Star Rib House Cockburn

Went on a week day so not overly busy. Waited an hour for our meals. Had to send the first lot back as they were cold. Probably the worst food I’ve had in a restaurant ever. The rump steaks were awful & chewy. Ended up taking the steaks home & giving them to the dogs. About all they were good for. The coleslaw had a gross funky taste to it. Never again. Do yourself a favour, save your money & go somewhere else.

The food was Great, but the service was absolutely terrible, the main course came out before the entire and the waiters were passing meals over people to other people on the other side of the table. Will not go back again.

As always this place is delicious. They make me aware of any issues or time delays with meals and staff are always so accommodating.nThe staff always do their best to be welcoming and helpful. Always a pleasure to eat here! It’s one of my favourite places to eat.

The staff are friendly but I would say the food quality has dropped somewhat. We ate here last about a year ago and it was fabulous, this time it wasn't. I had a chicken burger and the chicken was barely there and the coleslaw was not tasty and also hardly there. Sad really because for a burger and chips that cost 20+ dollars should be out of this world!!

The service is wonderful, they are extremely polite and make sure your well looked after. It's such a family friendly place with great food, that's made fresh and well done to perfection. There is also a playground for the kids to play right next to it. Bonus for all the parents out there this is the place to go.
