Very poor service. Waited over an hour for food.

!!!INTERESTING EXPERIENCE!!! Came here Friday night for my birthday. We had a great meal, as usual (we come once a month). Speaking from my past experiences, this venue has always been GREAT! Staff, food, service and drinks are always exceptional 👍 However it was during this visit, I witnessed my best friend being bullied on arrival by the security guard. It didn’t make sense to me as he was completely sober and wasn’t causing any kind of scene. What really shocked me though, was the response we received from staff and the manager to amend for the rude behaviour from earlier. I’ve never experienced service and professionalism as fine and elite as what they provided to us for the rest of the night. Truely outstanding, I would like to thank you for how you treated us. 👍👍👍 It made our night even better and the manager working that night was excellent! Couldn’t recommend this place higher. Maybe just ditch the security?

Awesome restaurant. Gui who served us made sure we were looked after from the moment we sat down. Helped us change to a table outside and ensures our drinks were never empty. Would definitely come back.

Great location right next to the Brisbane river with a fabulous atmosphere. Food was pretty good, slightly pricy but was worth it. Has a good range of traditional Bavarian meals, some which are harder to find at other restaurants around Brisbane. Staff were relatively friendly and helpful. Would recommend it to people who enjoy Bavarian food or are looking to give it a go and try something new.

Our server Gui was absolutely so considerate and sweet. We watched him race for menus, drinks and food for us so we wouldn’t be waiting! My partner was not feeling well due to allergies separate to the restaurant and he came and checked on us multiple times, bringing us water each time! I don’t think I have ever had better service in my life! One of the sweetest people I will ever meet.
