The Pool Terrace + Bar

Went up for a casual drink with a friend, greeted very poorly by a lady named Hailey who beforehand was complaining about having a big night the night before. Not only were we rudely greeted with no smile she proceeded to ask what I’d like and then ignore me. I own 2 restaurants and if I seen one of my staff act the way she did then she would not last. Terrible service.

Very rude lady who obviously doesn't like working on a Saturday afternoon and likes to ignore customers...isn't that her job description to serve customers?

Food served is very average. Pretty quiet place, pool is nice with a view over the pedestrian street.

Casual relaxed atmosphere. Drinks by the pool in the heart of the city. Great decor. Happy hour drinks and Sunday sessions with a hunky lifeguard. What's not to love?

Stunning location with fantastic staff. Very helpful and friendly. Lovely atmosphere and while you are in the middle of the city, it does not feel like that. An amazing place to stay.
