Viscosity

After wanting to try this for so long I finally found an opportunity to give it a go! It is a much smaller space than I was expecting but the place has a really great atmosphere. It is surprisingly affordable considering the time and care put into drinks. The creativity is awesome and I love that it’s something very different from your ordinary bar. We tried the cocktail tasting tubes so that we could get an idea of the drinks we like from there before committing to a full sized version. I really liked the bubblegum, shark bite and Brazilian flavours. Next on my list is to try are the Zen Garden and Watermelon cocktails, as well as the alcoholic ice cream. Prices were surprisingly cheaper than what I thought they would be! Given the complexity of a lot of them, you aren’t paying any more than a standard cocktail anywhere else. Definitely give this place a go when you’re in the valley for something different and unique! Staff are also super friendly!

The drinks look pretty! Fantastic presentation... but the taste is god awful, to be fair about this my friends and I tried all of their shots and 10 of their cocktails. Save a few which were palatable 9/10 were disgusting. Great concept but you really need to work out the recipes for your drinks, because they are not worth the price.

If you're looking for somewhere that serves aesthetically pleasing cocktails and shots this is the place. Shots never taste great but it's easier when they look amazing. Cocktails look and taste great. Went there for my birthday and was able to secure a table on the night and didn't need to book in advance. Amazing. Table is secure for your time frame, no one will take your table, and, if you need to go to the bathroom or have a cigarette you don't need to join the end of the cue.

Awesome creative and delicious cocktails using the decorative powers of Science!. Lots of fun. Highly expensive (worth it). The venue is small, but it is great for a fun fancy drink or two before or after heading elsewhere.

Took a while for us to be let in as the space is quite small. Drinks were very creative and aesthetically pleasing however the taste for some weren't that great. Also some of the drinks can be on the expensive side too
