They Asian hairdresser was extremely rough with my head (I couldn’t relax) and rude with the way she treated me sometimes like for example once she told me to not move but definitely not in a friendly manner . I also didn’t get the color I wanted, even after showing her a picture. When I just arrived the Australian hairdresser (don’t know the names) she touched my hair and then cleaned herself up, after that, there was another episode when I said I wanted to go to the toilet and the same girl gave me a look like i was gonna run away without paying. She definitely behaved weird. And the things keep going, gossiping with clients , etc (super trashy) You guys think you have an exclusive service but as a someone that has been around the world I can tell you that it’s definitely not. This is very typical in Australia, to live isolated and think that you guys provide and are the best of the best. Keep the answer to more Asians and Australians, I guess.

Omgggg I loved my experience so incredibly much! I’m so happy I’ve found a forever salon. I loved the chill atmosphere and the beautiful salon.. ALL the staff were so incredibly friendly and warm and I cannot wait to refer everyone to you guys! Thanks for making me look and feel beautiful again (has been years since I’ve trusted anyone with my hair)nnNow to get my makeup and brows done! Wooo

Xanthe was wonderful! Super knowledgable and made me feel really comfortable. The final result was exactly what I asked for except even better! Would highly recommend this beautiful lil salon!
