The owner of the store was very rude and impatient. I payed 180 dollars for IPL reduction and the lady who works there and manages the store literally spent 3 minutes on me and then that was it. After waiting a few weeks for the results to show, I found that only a tiny patch of what I had asked (and payed for) to be done had results. Despite this I went in again and this time specifically told her where she had missed. Again she took 3 min, did a really poor and rough job, took my money and sent me off. I would definitely not recommend getting IPL here because of the poor customer service and also the poor quality of the actual beauty services. I will not be going back again.
