Britz Campervan Hire Brisbane

The staff were incredible. So friendly and helpful both at pick up and drop off. The camper van was easy to drive even though it was BIG! Everything worked well but only 2 issues. The bed when made up was very hard and I wish they told me before I left that there is no TV....It is only for DVD's and USB. The outside BBQ attached to the van was a great feature. I free camped for 2 days/nights and it was easy. I have hired before from a different company but this was by far the better. On my way again soon for another trip...

This is my second time using THL. The motor home is amazing and so reliable. I had the 2 Berth Maui this time. Was awesome! Customer service is really good. I had the motor home for nearly 3 weeks, on the first night when I went to use the bathroom, the drain was completely blocked, this is the only issue I did have, it just meant I had to put some gloves on clean the drain of the previous customers hair and soap scum so it would drain nicely. Other wise I would’ve given 5 stars. My partner and I are planning our 3rd trip and will definitely use THL and no one else. Highly recommend!

Wow, hiring a motor home was the best holiday we have ever had. We could go where we wanted when we wanted. Britz were so helpful and professional. We will do this again and head a different direction, easy as pointing the wheels and off you go. Fantastic.

The Britz team and experience were fantastic. A simple booking system, great range of products to choose from at good value throughout the range. Check in was straight forward and quick. A slight problem on the road and the support hotline were there and ready to support us, back on our way in 2 minutes! The camper van was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. I found the van easy to drive and comfortable. A sound nights sleep was had by all too! I would thoroughly recommend a camper van holiday with Britz! What a way to see this amazing country...

Really good experience. Even with Covid 19 the video was very self explanatory on how to use the van and contents. Motorhome was in good shape and everything worked well. We had a brilliant 11 days away. Would use them again anytime. Check in and check out was easy
