Donya, Jordan and Georgia are a great bunch of people. Always have a good laugh even time I deliver there. Get good advice to about pet concerns.

This is a good pet store. There are a lot of pet supplies. The service is also very nice and professional.

The staff here are just the worst, I've had many issues before with being ignored at the counter (this is an always), being stalked like I was going to steal something, mouldy treats at the counter to even being asked for every single, unnecessary detail when picking up a click and collect... If I have my email confirmation and am able to state my name, mobile and even what my order is before seeing it then why I am being asked about my address and having my id held up to my face for comparison?! Pet stock burnside is not a fun shopping experience and to add further insult from all the terrible experiences I have had not once have I ever been compensated or offered a solution.

Really good range and very helpful, motivated staff who know their stuff. One of the best!

Friendly staff and great selection of food and toys for cats and dogs. Easy parking and a dog wash station out the front.
