Everyone is lovely, so welcoming and kind. Kyle is the friendliest person I have ever met, kind to everyone, super helpful and goes above and beyond. Thanks for being wonderful Kyle!

Helpful staff. A lovely a staff member even engaged in conversation with my over the top - personal space intrusive young children. I kept apologizing of course, but she was totally okay and super happy to speak with them and show them the hermit crabs.

ALWAYS so friendly here! Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful every time, but never in your face. Always a hello when you walk in. Great store, but not many fish varieties, nor any reptiles if that's what you're after, and they don't condone live feeds.

The lovely lady at the front counter was extremely bubbly and friendly. She was very helpful in recommending the right flea treatment. Such a great friendly attitude and service. Will definitely be back again.
