We love the fact that these stores facilitate the adoption of Animal Welfare League kittens as opposed to cats and dogs from "breeders". We went to the store at Prospect looking to adopt a kitten and weren't disappointed. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process which was just delightful considering that all the proceeds from the adoption costs go straight back to the AWL. Great job guys!

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The grooming services are fantastic. There is a hydrobath if you want to wash your pet yourself. Alternatively, the professional groomers are amazing! They are really calm and wonderful with the animals. They are also really flexible and proactive in assisting people to manage their pet's grooming.

Store carries a large range of all type of pet requirements. Staff are well informed and very friendly and helpful. Store is easy to find due to good signage and bright store front. Parking has easy access off a very busy main road.

Staff here are super friendly and do remember previous visits. As with most pet care places they have a passion for animals and pets.
