Hi all. I would never want anyone to get treated like I was.So I'm sharing my story. I phoned to book 2 dogs in for grooming at sefton park about 4 months ago. I asked if it was possible to give me a discount on the price. She said she had to speak to the manager.So phoned me back and said she would.Said it would be 100 for both.When I picked up dogs she said it was more .not much more.but still more than what we agreed on.She said price would be in notes.But now they said no notes.and I have to pay full price. Spoke to head office after finding the number out myself. Head office only called back after 4 months. The outcome was they banned me from shopping in there stores because of a dissageement of 21.00. They said the would give me store credit. But can only redeem online.Some things are not avaliable online.. With a family death and everything I didn't expect this. So dissapionted by this.
