Toucan Pet Centre

This place is a great little place with such friendly staff. They will help you to get a good pet and advise you on how to take care of it accurately. They provide a wide range of items for birds, dogs, cats, fish, lizards and more. They also have a cat enclosure in the back which you can enter for a small fee which goes towards providing cats with homes. They are a little expensive. Despite this I still shop here because I believe they are better than many of the commercial places.

Always been a pleasure visiting this pet store each time we are in Adelaide. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our most recent purchase was a little 12 week old kitten. Thanks for all your help with the flight arrangements to transport to Broken Hill. 5 stars *****

They generally have birds, fish, cats rats, rabbits and guinea pigs. You can pat the cats for $5 for 5minutes - very cute. They also have scorpions, lizards, and turtles. The prices aren't excessive, they do offer delivery, they are a small family business. The shop has a great range in accessories and cages - dog, cat, bird, reptile etc. We like going to see the pets.

Reasonable prices and good selection of pet products. They also have a $5 kitten cuddling offer, and lots of animals instore to look at/bring home. Some animals are in there for boarding but still enjoyable to hang out with.
