Great customer service, friendly and helpful.

Such grumpy staff, dont appear to want to help. I encounter nothing more than the bare minimum in here. And the opening hours - how on earth is a working person meant to get their mail when you open at 9:01 and shut at 4:59 Monday to Friday? You may as well not bother.

Staff were brilliant and helpful.

Lovely staff once you're actually IN there. Door locked at 4.59pm and no conceivable way to actually contact them to tell them you're coming in and ask them to hold your package there. Phone number rings out - no chance to even leave a message. Just told to 'call back later' in a terrible American accent. No e-mail address. Nothing. Should I send them a letter to tell them?
