Professionail (Scarborough St)

I've tried 3 different nail salons in the area for SNS and this is by far the best! The ladies are so lovely and always seem to take the time to go those few extra steps. I don't go anywhere else now!

I went here a couple times, first I got a pedicure and a manicure they rushed it and made me do my manicure while I was sitting in the seat also getting a pedicure, now I don’t know about anyone else but when I go do my nails I would like it to be an experience not all rushed at once. My pedicure was poorly done it was rushed and messy, not all the steps were taken properly I’ve had many pedicures in my life and I know what needs to be done and not always done correctly, no communication or customer service was maintained and I basically just sat there while she Was talking to her co-workers. Very unprofessional and I’m not very happy at all definitely not worth $45, I’d say more like $15 at this point

Very disappointed. I've had a very sore toe for a week now, out of curiosity I cut my nail back as far as I could without bleeding to realise my toe is actually infected meaning my service was very unhygienic and I'm now in a lot of pain. Won't be coming back here due to this.

I've been coming here for years and today I brought along my partner for his very first spa pedicure. They spent 45 minutes on us and we were the only ones in the salon (as we arrived 40 minutes before close) which made us feel VIP! My partner's technician spent a good 15 minutes alone on his ingrown toenail. Dug it out, put antiseptic on it and a band-aid! They are so nice and such good service there. The first thing he said when we left is that he will definitely come back and he also loved the foot / leg massage!

This review is for the Professionail on Woolworths side. Such a sweet team that looks after their customers, there’s a language barrier with some of the nail techs but that doesn’t mean they won’t do their best to interpret and achieve exactly what you want. Never felt rushed, they’re more than happy to change anything you don’t like even a week later. I regularly ask for Christina as her work is consistently flawless.
