Nice massage chairs.nnSNS lasted about 2 weeks.nnNot as good at managing walk ups as other salons, they really prefer bookings.

Dont recommend at all - I got a nice fungal infection on my toenails after visiting the place.nI got my gel removed (which was applied by them) and then clear polish applied on my toes. I now have a fungal infection - bonus.nService was better the first time than the second time. It depends on who you get.

I went here because it was close to my house but I would recommend other nail places in West End over here. I had gel nail polish removed (that I got done there previously) - they only wrapped and soaked my nails in acetone for a couple of minutes at most, then buffed them back which was way more painful than it should have been. Usually I have my nails soaked for 20 minutes or so at other places before they buff it back and it's fine on my nails because it comes off easily. My nails are now left with dints and are really thin and flaking. The service is okay depending on who you get. Pedicures might be better. The place is very hygienic - I will give them that.

Ive been here many times since they opened recently. Value for money. However when I went today and requested a pedicure they were abrupt and said no and then come back in an hour and a half. I go there because you are supposed to be able to walk in or wait 10-15 and then be in. So don't go there if you expect to be a 'walk in'. They know me because I have been there many times which is also why I was put out by their rudeness. The manager can be nice and in the same breath very rude. Overall I am not impressed which is a shame. I love our local community and this sort of behaviour spoils it.

SHELLAC + FRIENDLY STAFF!!! So many nail parlours have staff that treat you like traffic, this salon is absolutely gorgeous and you feel like an individual human being :) They banter with each other which is cute also so the team is amazing. The quality of the shellac is 10/10. Sometimes from other parlours you see the shellac start to peel within a week - but this shellac product/application is 10/10!!! I'll be back as a regular!
