I wanted to warn everyone who may consider visiting Grace Beauty and Threading. My short experience was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a booking for 1pm at the establishment and 5 minutes to 1 (12:55) I get a call being told they can’t see me until 2:30 now as they got busy. I explained to the lady I already made a booking for 1 and I was walking to the store now. As she kept insisting I would come at 2:30 I hear another voice in the background “just hang up” which was followed by the tone of the call ending. I was completely shocked on the the service so I called back three times with no answer. Half an hour later I called to explain how upset I was about the poor quality of service to which I was brushed off. Please spend your time and money else where!!

Had lash extensions done here and they were horrendous. They were not hand made fans and I was not advised of that fact. There were lashes stuck directly to my eyelid and not to my own lashes and when a few small lowernLashes stuck together, the technician basically jerked me around until I was in tears. After leaving the salon, my lashes actually hurt. I ended up having them removed two days later and am never going there again.

Was really rude and wouldn't listen. Book an appointment and when I got there for my appointment they wouldn't do it. Try to rebook for another time they wouldn't do the times I was available even tho they said they were open and available she just didn't want to do it
