Happy with my manicure. They were very busy and I felt like I was rushed through.

Such a shame - The place is dirty. Rather than chatting so much - maybe clean your store. Service is not bad but won’t be returning due to unhygienic everything.

I have been to Top Nails on numerous occasions for my pedicures. I have always been happy with the service's. The service providers are cheerful and friendly, but I do find it uncomfortable when I cannot understand the conversations that are being held. As I was with my granddaughter (who is 10 years old) for my last visit, she was confused by this situation also. We just smiled and nodded as an answer.

Lack of time, care, attention. Shellac streaky and bubbles. Was too busy looking for other customers. Total of ten minutes of bad service.

I went to refill my nails which I have never done in this salon. The job was done properly, I have no idea if the equipment is clean but was happy with the overall result. They have a good range of colours. Wasnt expecting anyone to talk to me.
