Shanae has a lovely personality. Good to chat with. Does a good job every time with my waxing. Attention to detail. Always runs through with me what she has done and tells me how my hair is growing. Overall a relaxing experience.

Today when I arrived for my appointment... i was greeted by a lovely proffessional young lady.nshanae explained to me what she would be doing and did I have any questions and she also took the time to ask me how I had been feeling lately.. giving me the option to talk or not.nI recieved an amazing foot massage . Being someone who finds it hard to relax... i had half an hour of complete relaxation.. i could feel any stress leaving my body as i felt like I was floating in clouds. Throughout the entire time there i could not fault shanae on anything.
