Windward Balloon Adventures

From the very beginning of the booking process, Windward were great to deal with. The information was spot on, all the staff were fun, helpful and friendly. Our pilot for the morning was the lovely Donna and employee of the month, Angela was a very cheery addition to our morning. We felt safe and cared for from the very beginning right up to the end of the lovely cooked breakfast after the flight. A stunning flight that we will remember for a very long time to come. Was given a gift certificate to do this from my daughters for my birthday this year as they knew it was on my bucket list. What an amazing experience that I got to enjoy with eldest daughter. The weather was perfect, the scenery spectaculer, staff professional and efficient. Breakfast huge, could not finish it all (made sure to finish champagne though).Thanks all around, incuding staff at Riverside Cafe for making the day run so smoothly.
