Very impressed with this place. Staff were helpful and friendly.nThere was a great selection of songs to choose from and our party of 15 loved it! We had a very clean, pleasant room which was the perfect size for our party, and we liked the lighting and screens.nThis place had a good vibe and we’d definitely go again. A great experience.

Had an amazing time here! Spacious rooms with high quality audio/visuals. The people running the place were really helpful and kind especially when my friend got messy.

Staffs were friendly and helpful, room is new/clean and good visual/audio system, and there was a third standing mic which was cool. Chinese song selections are great, there were lots of English songs missing from the database and require download. You can start the download but the download just fails in the end. Price is very reasonable will definitely come back, BYO charges apply.

We were here on a Tuesday night. It was a friend's birthday. We were all excited to sing karaoke. The rooms look fancy, we paid $50 for a n hour for our group which seemed like a good price for an hour.nnWe went to choose songs in English, we couldn't find any songs that we wanted to sing. Some of them didn't event have lyrics, for example Black Hole Son by Soundgarden.nnWithin 40 minutes, we had someone come in and say you'll need to pay for another hour and it was $60. It was very pushy and we were still trying to figure out the system. One of mics had previously died, we did get that fixed.nnThe other thing to note, there is no alcohol permitted on the premises so we had to BYO, but they were gonna charge us $5 per beer as corkage fee for beers we already purchased.nnWe asked for the manager and the manager was no where to be seen.nnIt was honestly an awful experience and if you want to have a good time, I would avoid this place.nnI will never go back, there are much better places in the city with machines that are easy to use and alcoholic beverages that are available to buy.nnDon't waste your time with the high fee and amatuer playlists.
