Horrible customer service, seen the lady that owns this shop yell at people before and talk condescendingly to many people. If you are a beginner in this hobby, this place is not for you because you will be laughed at for asking questions. I do not trust the fish from this shop compared to other shops as I've heard many people have spent hundreds of dollars on fish from here only to bring them home and die shortly after.

During COVID, getting quality livestock into South Australia is very, very difficult. Sue and Pete have always gone above and beyond, especially when they sent an absurd amount of live rock, overnight, into SA. Such things are possible. The rock is gorgeous, encrusted with lovely coralline algae. They've also sent us some SPS frags which are doing great, and our beloved lawnmower blenny, Peanut. It's a difficult time to start a tank, but they have really made it possible!

ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE at extremely competitive prices. We travel for 45 minutes one way, just to come here and it is absolutely worth it every time. Wide range of quality products and the after-sales service is just as excellent! Thank you very much, Sue and team. We appreciate you guys and your store immensely. EXTREMELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
