Mappin's Nursery & Aquarium

The best nursery Ive ever been to!!! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and it's really a beautiful location. I go there and always spend way longer than I need to, just enjoying the space! I really wish they kept their Betta fish in bigger spaces, though. They do what is standard, but the spaces just seem too small. 🥺❤️ Overall, however, this is a really lovely place and I recommend it to everyone. ❤️

Mappins is a little on the expensive side but for good reason. Every single plant I have bought is AMAZING quality, healthy, unique... Its astonishing the creativity that comes from the place. Every time I've been I've been in awe. The staff are helpful, intelligent but always busy - probably because they give the best advice and care to customers.

I was so happy to visit this nursery during my visit in Brisbane. Very nice selection and display of plants. I bought dwarf orchid, jungle cactus and string of pearls. They have different kinds of beautiful ferns too. I’d love to come back one day.

Great inner city set-up but SAD to see Betta fish in plastic containers? I understand they’d get busy but really? Perhaps glass bowls until they are bought (They has plenty) and then transfer fish to plastic container for travel! Plastic leaches toxins in water and the fish have no choice.
