I am katya. I just started to get my lashes here. I was very scared about isolation. Girls they are serious amazing lashes that have lash artists that care for your lashes. I am so happy I found them. They are seriously black and thick and isolated and I'm so happy to have found this place. Finally a really amazing lash place!!!

The staff are always polite and efficient, and results are always consistent. I have found them to be more accommodating then any other place with appointments even so when you are running late or need to reschedule, which is appreciated when you already feel guilty and stressed - thank you!ni have noticed that they can be very selective to who they give their time of day too when it comes to communication. Just because someone is not an social media influencer or doesn't meet your standard of importance, doesn't mean they don't have something beautiful to share with you. - some people really appreciate being asked about their day and getting to know their technician - you could be the first person they have spoken to all week !Just some food for thought :)

I came to Blacklash this morning distressed and in pain after having terrible eyelashes applied elsewhere, the first time Id ever had them done. I was desperate to have them removed as it was my wedding hair and makeup trial today and they were so badly done and sore. The ladies were so very kind and helped me out with an extremely difficult removal job that they had squeezed me in for and took far longer than they had expected. I cannot thank these amazing people enough. If I can ever bring myself to try lash extensions again I will be coming back here. I just wanted to take a moment to thank the Blacklash team for their unbelievable kindness to me today, and for their gentleness and understanding. You ladies are absolute life savers. x

Excellent! Such great customer service. I generally have such bad experiences when it comes to getting stuff done to my eyes. However Backlash has restored! The finish product is so light it does not even feel like i have lashes on.

I’ve been coming here for over two years based on a relatives recommendation. It’s massively Overpriced but was happy for a good lash silk set so it didn’t matter to me too much .nnIn that time I cancelled twice, which then they implemented pay before you come which I was happy for , even though I showed late by 10 min to one of those appointments. I actually didn’t mind them charging ahead.nIn this time, I only had one visit which where I was disappointed (later learnt that it was something to do perhaps with lash cycle ). But they dealt with this and redone lashes. .nnI am a emergency foster parent, I also have medical issues that restrict me from time to time. I attempted to make an appointment after cancelling a day before the actual appointment and was told they were booked out a month ahead, I know they get busy.nnTo my surprise it 1 or 2 but 3 of my very close friends booked during that time and got appointments within the week ?! I asked again and was informed I’m on cancellations standby . I didn’t get lashes done elsewhere as I was patiently waiting .nnBe warned instead of being honest re available appointments, they use bully tactics as punishment instead of open honest communication.nnNever in my life have I felt this humiliated.nnMortifying that they think it’s ok to do this . Especially as they are to open another clinic soon , I would highly recommend you engage in BDM to support your customer service skills. Oh I would also change the nail salon attitude which where you speak right each other around clients in another language .nnYou may be getting everyone in the door via socials and insta influencers but your certainly aren’t going to be able to keep them if you continue like this .nnMy review in 2019 was 5* even though no one ever actually smiled or is welcoming.
