Very poor customer service ..... it’s my friend’s baby shower on weekend so I want to pamper her and ended up having a headache !!specially these ladies talk a lot ... we had pedicure as well but not satisfied at all .....lady is doing everything so quickly that we didn’t feel relax at all .... I feel regret to taking my friend on this place ud83dude21

So disappointed in the nails that they did for me. Such a messy job and they started chipping off too soon. I will never come back here again. That is very unfortunate because the people are very nice

Told them 4 times not to use the nail machine on my nails because they are very brittle at the moment. She proceeded to use it on my nails and they started to fall apart. They said that was the only way to get polish off of my nails which it isn’t, you can soak them and than scrap the polish off. They still made me pay full price even though they had to cut my nails to almost nothing because they were falling apart in front of her after using the machine. Will never go there again!

The top layer of the manicure only went ¾ over the nail and it looked terrible. You could only see it once it dried at home. They rushed so much I even asked her to slow down. Even worse customer service as I contacted them with photos and they ignored me completely.

The ambience and services are good, however the staff needs more speak English and clean the floors often..
