Went into the store to have my hair done. I must say that the service was exceptional I love my hair and the products that I was recommended to use. The staff were so helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back. Thank you!

I have been buying presents for my mum from this store for her birthday and Christmas past 2 years. The girls have been fantastic and great help. My mum loved her present every single time. We bought, hair curler, straightener, heat protectors, serums and she loved it. Thank you for your help Dee and team.

Be careful of this store, will not take responsibility for a terrible colour/dye mistake. Worst experience dealing with the store manager “Dee” (don’t know her surname as she refused to give it to me). Ignores a real and honest explanation as to why I am unable to go to the back to the store so she can “see” my hair and “go from there” when told multiple times that I don’t live in the region as I was visiting and wanted to fix my hair somewhere else not there.nnI was quoted $170 for regrowth, wash and blow dry. (My natural hair colour is dark brown). Once colour was washed off and I sat back in the chair I was in absolute shock to see that my regrowth was completely orange. I was told that they were going to apply another colour to fix it but for 20 min only. (My scalp was already sore, been 45 min with chemicals). Second try; washed off , my hair was exactly the same; orange. Next offer was to put a new colour but diluted due to how bad my scalp was hurting. I said yes, I wasn’t going to leave the salon with orange regrowth. Back in the chair, my hair was the same; I was told that “dried it would look different”, hair was the same dried, orange. At this stage I was very upset; I have to clarify that “Crystal” who did my hair was genuinely apologetic at all times. I was charged $140 instead of $170? $30 less for my hair looking like a clown? I paid as I was already very angry, and wanted to leave to ask someone else for help. Thought maybe it wasn’t as bad, the lights at the store were not good etc!nnWent to 2 other hair salons to ask about what to do and both of the girls were shocked and told me to wait a couple of weeks before doing anything due to the scalp damage and also damaging my hair more as both of the hairdressers said that she went way passed my regrowth so part of my other hair tones also took some of the 3 colours she applied to me.nnMy hair looks nothing to how it looked when I went into this store. I look like a rainbow. Orange/red regrowth, dark red and then ash blonde?!!!!. My scalp is itchy and peeling.nnI spoke with Dee (manager) about all this. She was not at the store when I was getting my hair done so she didn’t see it. I sent photos of how my hair looks and she dared to say to me that she could only see beautiful hair with “warm tones” ? Sorry but what? It’s not how my hair looked before and certainly not what I asked for? She completely disregarded everything I was telling her. I asked for a refund as I need the money to fix my hair with a new hairdresser. She said that she wouldn’t do anything before seeing my hair in person and go from there. Told her since the very beginning that I’m not from the GC I was visiting a friend and I’m already back home to my toddler. There is no way I can go back all the way to GC (3 hours from where I live) just to show her my orange/red hair? She then proceeded to repeat over and over again that she wasn’t going to give me a refund or do anything until she could “see my hair herself”. Told her I sent her plenty of photos, she said that different lighting can show colours that are not the real ones, offered to FaceTime her, send her videos etc... and she kept repeating the same thing “I won’t do anything until you come back here and I see it for myself”. Like seriously? All the other hairdressers in the store saw my hair... they would be lying if they said that my hair didn’t look like an orange mess.nnNot only will I never go back but the friend who recommended me the place will not go back either and as a business can you really afford to miss out on thousands of dollars every year over a $140 refund for a service done wrong. I already know that I’ll probably receive a very condescending answer from Dee once I post this review ;)! I’ll pursue this matter further.
