The owner and boss that works there is RUDE! She was annoyed from the beginning as she thought i was only getting my part area recoloured which was not the case. I’d been going there for a few years to get Lauren to do my head of foils and my file says what I get and this is what I booked in for. This boss lady didn’t even tell me her name, didn’t speak to me the ENTIRE time she coloured my hair, not a single word, only “can you move over to the basin please” and “do you want a receipt?” yet she spoke to every other person she went over to making full conversation with them. I didn’t even get a “how’s your day?” I’d been going here for a few years and Lauren was lovely however I will not want a single dollar going to this rude owner of this salon. I won’t be returning again. The only positive thing I can say is my colour turned out good.

Went in for an eyebrow and lip wax. with already thin brows, and just wanting the blonde fluff removed, the woman took off some of the top dark hair, and I now look like I have a thin dark line drawn under where my top brow line should be . The shape is really good but im just not happy with what she took off. Absolutely shattered...

My hairdresser is Lauren R and words cant describe how much I value the service she gives me and nothing is too much trouble.
