Perfect Brows

I had my eyebrows done with the feathering technique 3 years ago and haven't needed a touchup yet! Both Divya and Reena are brilliant at what they do. They are the best! Thank you

Wouldn't recommend.nI've been trying to find a brow and lash salon for a few months, since moving to the Gold Coast. I tried Perfect Brows, based on their Google Reviews. I won't be going back. It started badly when I noticed that the therapist (she didn't introduce herself, so I don't know her name) didn't change the disposable chair cover between clients. I just had to hope the last client didn't have head lice! This signalled either cost-cutting measures or a lack of understanding of the basics of hygiene. It got worse. She was very rough - I ended up with Vaseline in my eye as she applied it with a cotton tip. The under-eye pads were extremely uncomfortable. They seemed much stiffer and thicker than the ones I'd had applied in the past. She roughly slopped the dye onto my lashes - which I then had to ask to be removed early as it was getting into my eye and I couldn't stand it anymore. I've had eye irritation for the 3 days since - which I've never previously experienced after having my lashes tinted. The brow tint was fine - but there was little to no preparation. She didn't clean the area to remove any skin care products that might have been there and she didn't exfoliate the area to ensure the dye took well. She basically slapped the dye on, scrapped off the excess and then removed it after the time period. I'm anticipating it won't last long. The color was fine - at least I didn't end up looking like the wicked witch of the west. The client after me was obviously a regular, so they do have repeat customers, but I won't be going back.

Once you see Reena or Divya at Perfect Brows, there will be no going back. My shape is perfect every time, and I’ve been seeing Reena for 10 years! The eyelash lifts are amazing too.nEasy to book appointments, convenient parking straight out the front. I highly recommended.
