Clear Skincare Clinic Robina

In the middle of last year, I went to the Robina clinic and had a very bad experience with the manager, I go past the clinic all the time and noticed that there seems to be a new manager so I thought I would try again. Fortunately, this experience was so positive, she came around to greet and and listened carefully to what I was worried about and gave me lots of positive reinforcement and outlined what they could help me achieve. I didn't have to time to stay for a free consultation but I will definately be booking in shortly

I have recently had my first (and last) experience with the Robina clinic. I signed up several months ago for their special offer of $89 for two teeth whitening treatments. On speaking to staff they said I should notice a definite difference after 2-3 treatments, with my teeth being 4-6 shades whiter. Given their “expertise”, I booked in for 4 treatments to make sure I had the great results they said would come with booking 1-2 extra treatments. Those improvements did not happen. I followed all instructions given: bought the two different pens required to go along with the treatment, no tea, coffee, red wine or dark staining foods etc and I have noticed next to no difference. The 24-48 hours after each treatment my teeth were certainly whiter and I noticed a definite difference, but it quickly disappeared.nI tried NUMEROUS times to get in contact with someone from the clinic to discuss my disappointment but calls weren’t answered, messages left by phone weren’t returned and when I eventually managed to speak to someone, they said they would pass on details to the manager who would call. She didn’t. On calling back and eventually getting hold of someone again, I was told the manager no longer worked there. No one bothered to get back to me and tell me this until I did the following up yet again.nA truely disappointing experience in both the treatment result and in dealing with staff.nBe very careful if paying for any treatment here as they have themselves covered for no refunds when their product clearly didn’t work.

I bought my partner 3 sessions for Christmas. Chest, stomach, shoulders and back. $800.n2 out of the 3 sessions where done in 10 minutes flat. Missing ALOT of areas, not doing the shoulders. He is so patchy. I would not recommend going to this clinic. They take you're money and rush you through. I did query this after the first appointment, where I was told that this was normal and it only takes 10 mins. 2nd appointment was good the girl was very thorough and took her time and did the treatment properly. 3rd treatment was another rush job and a terrible result over all.nWe will not be returning and will make sure others don't waste their money here either. Very disappointing. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

The team at Clear skincare are the most amazing! I can’t thank them enough for helping me with my eczema flare up which left me so self conscious, The whole team went above and beyond and were amazing in wanting good results as much a me, and my skin is now super clear and soft I’m so impressed and thankful.

Recently moved from Brisbane to the Gold Coast & am so happy with the treatment I’ve received at the Robina Clinic. The staff are all so welcoming & happy every time I go in, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
