Thank you Charlotte for a great massage.nI also had a facial and pedicure.nThe facial was supposed to have hot rocks and steam which I didn't get. Being a Beauty Therapist for 35 years myself, I'm familiar with facials.nnIf I could make a few small suggestions... I would've enjoyed the treatment more if the light in the room was off and maybe a candle or two for light instead. I found it hard to completely relax with it on and the bed was flat the entire facial . It wouldve been more comfortable if the back was slightly raised.nCharlotte was great at her job and very lovely.

Got a facial as a gift for my birthday. Spent the whole time answering the therapist's questions about my skin care regime. I just wanted to enjoy a facial, which I never purchase for myself. Was told about numerous products while trying to relax. I have used Pure Indulgence a few times over the years and have had similar experiences. I think I'm done with them now, there is no relaxing just listening to a constant sales pitch.
