Very pleasant staff member who did not offer any extra information about service supplied. No questions asked and as I have never used brow tinting before some information and advice would have been appreciated.

I booked in online for a lash lift and tint and an eyebrow wax and tint for $120. A car accident occurred on my way to the beautician making me run late, which was completely out of my control. I called them to advise them of the situation and my ETA and I was told to still come in. When I arrived they told me they would only do a brow wax & tint but would still charge me $123 and would not let me re-book on a different date instead. $123 for a brow wax & tint!!!

Terribly unprofessional. If I could leave zero stars I would. The owner was hostile and rude when there was a mix up with my booking. Zero accountability and zero apology, and then took money from my account for a service that was never provided. Plenty of lash techs around, highly recommend using another one.

I thought I would try out the house of lashes as I see them around a lot on social media.nAll I can say is that I didn't get the shape that I expected to get or the fullness. When I went for an infill, she rushed it so much. I noticed that she spent about 10 minutes on my right lashes and about 30 minutes on my left lashes.nAs soon as I saw them when I got back home, I noticed the left lashes were noticeably fuller than my right ones - on top of this they were all falling out like crazy!nWhen I went to a different lash tech she noticed how uneven andnclustered the lashes were piled on top of each other. I spent over $300 in total with them and I wish I didn't.nNever again.

I booked with the owner based on her great reviews. I arrived for my appointment and she was there but asked me to see another lash tech as she was feeling unwell. While I was still in my appointment another client came in and the owner did her lashes instead.nnDisappointing.... but it would have been fine if the lady that I saw actually did an ok job and she didn’t!! I had so many lashes glued together I was in so much pain. I ended up ripping out my own natural lashes to stop the pain as they were pulling so much. There was that much glue on my lashes that they felt heavy and worse than those glue on strip lashes. I ended up going back to my normal lash salon and it took them 30 mins just to fix what this salon had done.nnI emailed the salon with photos - no reply. I also sent through the photos on messenger and again no reply. Really unprofessional. Thanks for wasting my time and money.
