Lash Laine

Beware, please read before you decide to book with this company.nI booked several services at Lash Laine after receiving a recommendation to see Taurie. I booked these services specifically with Taurie as the technician. My first appointment without notice my appointment was moved to another technician. The lash extensions I received were less than satisfactory, with lashes stuck together, two small chunks of glue, and a lash stuck to the skin of my actual eyelid rather than lash. I contacted Taurie and gave her feedback of this experience, she could not offer a solution and was not able willing to honor my specific booking of Taurie as my technician. Upon booking I was presented with a check box to accept this businesses terms & conditions, which I accepted. Yesterday I provided 9 days notice to cancel my next booking, and 21 days notice to cancel the following booking. She will not refund my $100 deposit as per the terms I accepted. I will be escalating this compliant to the ACCC & via Paypal.

The best, and only, place to go for lashes. The staff are amazing, lashes are top quality and I always feel so welcomed and at home in the salon. Could not recommend them more!

Incredible service, meticulous attention to detail and lovely technicians! I have been going to Lash Laine since 2014. I have infills of the Classic every 3 weeks and my own lashes are still long and strong. Taurie and her team are very particular about not causing damage, so even at 3 weeks (and after 5 years of continuous extensions) my lashes still look fantastic. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Incredible service, friendly staff and atmosphere, beautiful salon and my lashes were absolutely perfect!! Lashes feel so natural and comfortable... and they lasted so much longer then any others. High recommend.
