I don't know why all the negative reviews on this place. I found queen bees at robina town centre to be very good. The place is clean. The staff are friendly. I had a pedicure, and they went above and beyond to trim my nails, soaked and scrubbed well. I highly recommend. They were attentive and asked if I was ok when I flinched cause of a little discomfort. And very quiet location so very relaxing. I will be back

Amazing service and such friendly, professional staff. I have never got my false nails to stay on but they DO here! So happy with them! Great quality! Great service!

Very poor customer service experience which left me feeling stressed and unhappy with results. On arrival, the lady at the counter (and who later did my nails) had a surly demeanour. Each time I gave her my hand she would give me corrections on how to hold my arm better and position myself in my chair to the point that I felt like my body was contorted and uncomfortable. Patronisingly saying things like ‘darling, put it (my arm) where I told you’. I have had quite a few manicures before and have never had to constantly work around the manicurist like that. The colour I chose ended up being a lot more transparent than the sample and she refused to recommend another colour ‘incase I didn’t like it’. She blamed me for not telling her I didn’t like the colour after one coat (I assumed it would look like the sample with more applications) and was relying on her expertise. She also argued with another colleague in front of me in Vietnamese. She ended up just painting over my nails in a different colour and I left (after paying more for using card, an empty apology from her and an attempt to give me their loyalty card) with a colour I didn’t like just to get out of there. The store itself looks nice I’ll give it that. Would definitely not recommend this salon.

The lady that did my nails was so sweet and funny. She made the experience all the more better, I wish I got her name to thank her. She went out of her way to perfect my nails doing services that were not included in the package at no extra charge. The place was clean and nice, although the payment option was strange but I didn't mind too much.nnOn another note, the other customers were very rude to the employees and were uncomfortable to be around.
