Aki provides not just treatments but the whole immersive experience. A calming relaxing atmoshere, in a beautiful room with soothing background music (which is at a nice low volume so it really is background). She uses good quality products.nI also love that she takes the time to really find out what it is you're after on the day. She is very professional but also warm and compassionate.nFantastic experience on both my visits and highly recommend ud83dude0a
