Went in to send a couple if packages internationally. Both mark and glen were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure it arrived , even with some minor hiccups through customs they made sure it cleared and arrived safely.nnwould recommend 100%
I called Greenslopes Pack n Send to help with an overnight delivery to Sydney and Glen went above and beyond to help me. Amazing service and I will definitely use them again.
I attended the Pack and Send at Greenslopes today to send urgent documents urgently. But when I arrived at 9.15am it was closed. I tried calling the office number noted on the door it didn’t answer. No one was present at the pack and send office. I asked the neighbouring shops they said it’s normally opened on a Saturday. As a first time customer to this particular office it’s very disappointing. If your not open on Saturday the least you can do is update the opening hours on google.
