Sue her lovely team booked myself and 5 friends in to get our nails done together as part of a friends farewell. We all have young children so had limited time we could be out for. Sue was very accommodating and even helped look after one of the younger babies who was with us. We were all really happy with our nails and the service. Thanks Sue, we’ll be back x

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I visited this nail bar a few times, enough to consider myself a regular. On Saturday I had a pedicure, and as usual, wore Birkenstocks to ensure my nails had time to dry. I noticed the nail colour in the bottle was almost empty - in hindsight this should have been a warning, as the nail colour failed to set. I wore my open toed shoes until evening - about 7 hours, before donning some ballet flats to go out. When I got home I saw the polish was still tacky, and had badly marked on my big toes. So bad, I returned today (my first opportunity away from work), to show the Nail Bar and to request a change of polish. The owner refused and said she gave no warranty - even though clearly the polish was old and could no longer harden on the nail. I was appalled that she did not accept any responsibility for the state of the polish used. So, despite being a regular, despite taking my daughter along on Saturday to spend over $100, and despite the polish clearly being to blame, the owner would rather lose me as a customer. Surprisingly short-sighted, and no way to run a business. Shameful attitude.

Always quick service. Shellac they do seems to last for weeks longer than other salons I’ve been to. Love supporting the local as well.

Absolutely disgusting!!nI went and got a gel pedicure and the lady who did it was so rough and left me in quite a bit of pain. A few days after my visit, two infections had developed in my toes which required medical attention. I went back and complained and the lady tried to blame the infections on me and asked me not to return because “I’m a dangerous customer” (not that I’d ever return anyway). I found it plain rude and appalling that they would attempt to blame this on me, I think instead of blaming customers, they should sterilise their tools so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Just had the most relaxing massage of my life here!!! Have gotten manicure and beautiful gel fingernails Done hereand will come back to get my feet done and another massage!! Very reasonable prices too! Love desirable nails and beauty!!!! Xoxoxox
