Very nice, polite and gentle staff. First time lashes, every thing was well explained, including aftercare. House exterior, clean boutique interior, onsite parking, toilet facilities. Will update feedback on lashes after worn in a while. (FYI don't wet lash extensions for first 6hrs)

Tried to book an appointment with them but they ignored me so guess this place doesn’t need repeated great customers like me. Worst customer service ever! Never again with this place. Please do yourself a favour and go else where for a much better service!
