Super happy with my gel polish they look gorgeous! The only thing I would say is their customer service could definitely be better - I felt like everything was very rushed and as though they wanted me in and out as soon as possible and I didn't get to enjoy the time there and sit and choose a colour properly. The 'massage' included in the price was about 10 seconds so I felt somewhat ripped off there. In terms of things I am unhappy with, that is my only feedback as the services delivered are amazing and my nails look great. I would go back again but just wish they would improve their customer service. I also would like to see some more baby/pastel colour options.nUPDATE (November 2020), went back to the salon and got my nails done again and had a great customer service experience. Mary did my nails and was absolutely fantastic, she did and amazing job of my nails and was so lovely. Highly recommend.

Uninviting and disinterested. Did not have a pleasant experience at all. The staff seemed unhappy and non courteous. Would not recommend.

The people there were so rude. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They did my hands as they did my feet, which is fine, but I was the one who had to move around and twist my back to accomodate the lady who was doing the nails on my Hands. The workers would put their equipments on the top of me. The nails were done very poorly!!nNot happy, would not recommend
