Julie was so wonderful. I got my hair cut, colored & styled, & she did a wonderful job with all of it - you can tell she loves what she does! She was honest, kind, & helped me figure out something within my budget. Calm & professional atmosphere where you feel valued as an individual. So glad I got my hair done here!

Staff are very friendly and my hairdresser listened to what it was that I wanted. She made a suggestion, which I was open to and it worked out. It wasn’t a restyle, more a slightly shorter version of what I had already. I was happy with the hair cut but unfortunately couldn’t say the same for the price. I was expecting to pay $80 as per their website but it cost $106 in the end. After getting over the shock of the price, I do like my hair cut but probably won’t visit again.

Platinum has a gorgeous atmosphere (beautifully decorated and they have an awesome feel good music playlist), I got my dark brown hair fully bleached and toned to ash blonde for the first time and I wouldn't go anywhere else. My hair hair was literally saved as I had used red box dye (i.e. carpet dye).nnPlatinum values quality over time and she worked on my hairstyle until it was perfection. Platinum are very knowledgeable and passionate about hair, they know what is the latest science to having the most luscious hair and they know what looks good. They also give the greatest head washes I have ever experienced and are very careful with your hair and scalp which I really appreciate.nnI also recommended Platinum to my partner he loved it. I will be recommending platinum to everyone and I will be going there in future. :)
