My skin was looking very tired and I was desperate for a facial and some new products. Dora was thorough in her assessment of my skin, gave me a lovely facial with microdermabrasion, and helped me chose products to follow-up at home. Can't wait for my next treatment.

I had an absolutely lovely experience at Ella Bache Brookside today with Dora. We started with an eyebrow and lash tint which Dora completed very attentively and which was enjoyed with a friendly chat.nnThis was followed by a 1hr Signature Facial which I would absolutely recommend. Completed in almost darkness, Dora made me feel like I was on another planet. Dora is clearly an extremely experienced professional and her touch is highly caring and gentle. The procedure itself was heavenly, and included warm steam and an extended neck/arm/hand/shoulder massage during which Dora gently worked at my knotted muscles. Every time I feared it would end, the facial featured another beautiful step. As soon as it was over I rebooked with Dora for another fortnight - it was just absolutely divine.nnSpecial thanks too to Salon Manager, Sarah, who organised the appointment and knowing that I was 33 weeks pregnant made sure I would be specially catered for during my visit. Can't wait to be back!

I have been a customer/client at Ella Bache Brookside for twenty years and I have always enjoyed my treatments with all of the therapists and the front reception staff are always very friendly. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Lauren who did my waxing. Lauren was very particular about making sure I was very happy with my treatment today and my experience was a really positive one. Thank you Lauren you were awesome! The only thing that I would like to see come back again as a long time customer is the loyalty card as that is such a wonderful way to thank your customers and one of the reasons why I have been a customer of Ella Bache Brookside for so long.
