Very easy and smooth process. Clean and secure storage facility and they even let us use the trailer for the day to move our things. 5+ stars!!
Always friendly. Always very helpful, in fact they bend over backwoods to be. Nothing is ever a problem, and they are always understanding of your current situation. They will do anything that they possibly can, to help. They do their best to make everything as stress free as possible. Great reception staff, very helpful. Wouldn't mind if they had slightly longer access hours. 6pm doesn't give those working full time a lot of time in the evening to access the units.
The staff are super friendly and helpful, and ensured I had easy access to my unit. The whole process was easy, and the facilities are clean, secure, and well managed.
Came in to buy bicycle boxes for moving overseas. The ladies were really helpful and prompt. They had one in stock but called all the other stores to find one other for us and gave us the details. Went back to buy a box two days later, again super helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The service you'll get here is something that's long forgotten these days. I strongly recommend storage king Everton Hills.
